In order to apply the Windows 7 sound scheme, copy the "Windows 7 Sounds" folder to C:\Windows\Media, then merge the Windows 7 reg file.
You should have the sounds. If not, try rebooting.
The same is done to restore the Windows 10 sounds, just use the 10 versions of them.
